Three days lifting, three days cardio right now. Down 120 pounds, 40 more to go by July. I don't take a lot of pictures of my midsection, because that's where you see most of the damage left from weight loss; however, I need to get past that and be proud of the body that I have- flaws and all. Hey burly blokes, here's a typical blazer/hoody combo...it's kind of a Chuck signature. It works really well for larger framed dudes. This time it's over a Henley. The blazer is a black and gray houndstooth with navy accents, which is why I paired it with the navy hoody and charcoal Henley.
