Dunno what to draw so just trying to keep productive with even more refs. This is Clay and he's my angsty lumberjack boy 🥺 He's a hybrid between a bat-eared fox and a black-headed python

It's possible I might be on hiatus for a bit, things are really bad at home right now but I'd like to try and keep a sense of normalcy so who knows, maybe I'll keep posting just for that. Much love ^^

Man I think that's the second time that the punchline to one of my drawings was a character watching Pickle Rick. Idk what that says about me as a person (besides the fact that I wanna go back to 2017 [if that ain't a red flag idk what is])

Venuz's dimension was just another one that Bill wanted to take over in his never-ending quest to sow chaos. In investigating possible ways to gain a physical form in said dimension, Bill had learned about the Gun God. He knew messing with gods could be dangerous but Venuz didn't seem to be particularly wrathful nor particularly, well...smart, and so he quickly made the decision to go searching for him in hopes to manipulate him into granting him a physical form

My current idea for how they actually met is that gods can see into multiple dimensions at once, and because of that he can see Bill as if he were in the third dimension (or "real"). The act of Bill being observed in/alongside the third dimension made him "real" à la quantum mechanics. There are some holes in this logic though so idk it's not final (she said as if it matters literally at all)

YV is a total player and two of his favorite things are triangles and gold so of course he was immediately like "hey 😏" and Bill immediately recognized the opportunity there and latched onto it

Venuz had an idea of who Bill was (he has quite the reputation as the evil maniac who had taken over the Nightmare Realm) but wasn't concerned. What does a god have to worry about a demon that can only dwell in the mindscape, right?

Bill quickly won him over with his charm, mystique and creepy sense of humor and Venuz genuinely loves him but is very much aware that he really can't be trusted with any sort of power. He knows the rules and Bill is pretty much harmless as long as he's around (probably)

While Venuz is confident that he can handle Bill's insanity, Cuz is not and doesn't like Bill at all. Bill is more than aware of this and finds it very amusing bc he's an asshole

Realistically I think Bill probably can't feel any measure of love and is just hanging around 'cause he's having fun but I also fully support the I Can Fix Him interpretation. Whichever you prefer!

Happy Valentine's Day! Have more of the immortal triangle crack ship. I like to think that YV is just a genuinely nice guy to his loved ones and Bill doesn't at all deserve him. I've got a lot of headcanons actually feel free to send me an ask if you wanna know more or have any burning questions ;) ;) ;)

And yes that is the actual surface of Venus. I think it's beautiful and Bill needs to stop drinking so much haterade 🙄

Man I just wanted to give context to this piece and wrote a whole drabble fic lmao. TL;DR Bill falls asleep at Venuz's place, has a nightmare and remembers all the events he erased in the fic Flat Dreams (which is totally legendary and you should go read it right now). He is not at all prepared to handle it

I really love this piece and it's deeply personal to me. I've been in an art block and this finally not only restored my confidence in my abilities but served to vent some really, really hard emotions I've been feeling lately after my mother's passing. I play an unhealthy amount of Creatures of Sonaria. In terms of survival games it has some questionable mechanics (I tell people it's a good game super close to being a great game) [EDIT: ok news that they're just entirely remaking the whole game and fixing everything came out literally the day after I posted this cool] but I always find myself coming back to it for the absolutely kick-ass creature designs!
