Thinking about what clothes Evik would wear. He probably has some that look "normal" if he was human that his parents made and then some that look like a disaster the he made. Not that he's bad at making clothes he he just.. wants to get it done fast and thus everything is measured wrong, cut wrong and sewed half-assed.

Ugh... preventing someone from leaving in a situation they feel fearful in a relationship is ABUSE. It's not "cutesy wootsy" a "difficult hill they have to get over" it's abuse and a felony (pretty sure it counts as kidnapping or something along those lines). Love bombing is also a form of abuse where they make you fearful or hurt you and then it's all kisses and hugs and presents. Which is manipulation.

Just admit you want your characters to have a fucked up relationship and move on. Don't act like it's normal and safe. Don't act like it's not abuse. It normalizes the idea that it's not. Put in the tags #abusive relationship/#messed up relationship

(Which might be why you think it's normal to begin with...)

And for the love of fuck don't use #gentle <anything> in the tags. (Yeah don't think I didn't see that story on that tag)
