I feel like this relationship will be really healing for you in terms of how you see yourself. they want you to know you don't have to use s3x as a way to make yourself worthy of love. you're worthy of love already. you don't have to get nude for your fs to love you. they love you how you are and everything you two do together is enough because it's you.

if you believe in a "source" (like god, the universe) then this means you are being given information to channel (I hope you know what channeling means 😭 it's hard to explain but basically receiving messages.) meditation seems like it opens you up to channeling messages more (especially from how you describe it.) keep in mind when you hear messages to listen for warnings, symbolism, and flat-out truths. with time, you'll start to understand what these messages are saying easier. it might help to journal them down. be careful to not forget important messages. if you don't believe in a source, you can interpret it as just channeling too, I won't force you to change your beliefs ofc :)

so it seems like you two will reconcile but there's still negative aspects that need to be handled first. this person seems like they could have a third party problem. they might be kind of a player. they definitely have to work on learning to settle before they get with you. even if it's not cheating, it could be quick relationships, attachment issues, quick flings, etc etc. whatever they're doing right now isn't healthy for them and wouldn't be healthy for you. in the meantime they need to work on fixing their issues while you work on healing. eventually, they'll come in. make sure you're available and emotionally prepared by that point.
