exactly!! women's bodies are not something to be assessed in terms of being aesthetically pleasing no matter if it's assessed positively or negatively. nature would not give you the body that you will need to use additional products on to keep it healthy or hygienic besides those products that an individual uses regardless of sex. at this point femininity is just a scam to milk more money out of half of the population. no, men do not inherently need to do less to be clean and healthy, they are just not brainwashed into thinking that the less of masculinizing products they consume, the more flawed their body is. there is not even such a thing as masculinizing products, only femininity is considered a product, and masculinity is like a lack of it. female gender non-conformity is so alienizing and underrepresented because, unlike male gender non-conformity, it cannot be beneficial for the corporations by broading the range of people whom they can market beauty products for. they cannot exploit women's pride of their natural state.

Can we stop with the type of feminism that tells women aspects of their bodies are “beautiful flaws” and start teaching them that it’s their natural female body?

Calling it a “beautiful flaw” “gorgeous imperfection” sounds nice until you realize it’s still something viewed as “wrong” with your body. A flaw is a mistake, something not intended. That bit of fat on your lower lower belly isn’t an “imperfection,” it’s protection for your uterus. Your cellulite isn’t a “flaw” it’s a secondary sex characteristic. Your body hair isn’t unhygienic or gross it’s natural, and your pubic hair not only helps prevent STIs better, but also yeast infections.

Stop calling a natural female body flawed. It’s not fucking flawed.

I just want to cup their faces and say lovingly "there are no sluts, there are no bimbos, there are no nags. they don't exist."

i love when post-op trans women try to cope by saying “remember that there is soo much variation even in cis vulvas, and no vulva is perfect” because excuse me, my vulva actually is perfect. she is flawless. so speak for yourself, sir.

public reminder that your sexual orientation is unchangeable AND that any negative opinions people have of it do NOT make you a bad person. sexual orientation isn’t about what you can tolerate ‘for the greater good’, it isn’t about what’s been done to you or what you wish it was or what the church wishes it was or your parents or peers wish it was, it’s about what you’re attracted to without the influence of threats or violence.

it’s also NOT a moral failing to stay in the closet, you are under NO obligation to put yourself at risk or make yourself uncomfortable by coming out. IF you want to come out out, then the  time and place you do is up to you, and the people who you tell are also up to you. Pride and privacy are not mutually exclusive. it can even be possible to talk to others like you and even date without being fully out of the closet, and it is NOT childish to do so.

Please stay safe and know that same-sex love will always exist all over the world. There are millions and millions of us spread thinly across every nation every culture in every job and faith and organization. Wherever your life may lead, please know one thing:

You are not alone.
