No, FUCK that it does get better. Seeing how trans men are being pushed into the same mold as I and so many other Cis men just put me in a bad headspace.
I can't cry or be emotional without trying to laugh if off or getting agitated.
I wouldn't be caught dead wearing the few colorful clothes I have.
I have struggled with depression and gender dysmorphia since high school because I can't be bright and bubbly as a man without feeling embarrassed.
I have always hated the idea of manliness, hated when I was told to man up or be a gentleman. Like I have to shoulder the weight of the World without so much as a grimace because I was born a man.
Don't let these phony ideas of manhood keep you down, your stronger than you know.
Set the example for the young men of today, And Succeed where I failed.
Thinking about those claims that “trans women have to spend hours getting ready to pass but trans men just have to throw on a hoodie” while reading this full chapter about how to pass as a trans guy in Lou Sullivan’s book. Much of it requires being very wealthy to get the right clothes (and wear nothing colorful and fun). Some of the other advice is to cut out sideburns, shave your peach fuzz, darken your eyebrows/use makeup to make you look older and more masc, work out to combat thin arms and “dainty” hands, keep fingernails short, and of course bind and pack properly. There’s a lot of advice about body language and acting masc. And man does it hit as someone a couple years on T that still rarely gets gendered properly even by people who know I’m trans and try their best.
Welcome to manhood fellas, it doesn't get better.

*URGENT* PLEASE HELP
My family has been struggling with being financially behind for a while now due to my man's cancer and a lot of other factors and right now we desperately need help to not become homeless.
We're about $150 short on rent and then even if we manage to get that together, we also have literally no money for food or anything until next week when I next get paid.
And to make matters worse, my man has a consultation coming up for surgery on the hernia on his stomach which means we're gonna be losing more work and we've not had a single chance to be able to put money back to get through that.

So a free tool called GLAZE has been developed that allows artists to cloak their artwork so it can't be mimicked by AI art tools.
AI art bros are big mad about it.

With some people it’s like yeah you don’t use gay as an insult anymore but do you still argue with someone when they say they look gay in an outfit
European: Americans will be like I’m going to watch a whore movie and eat a hamburger slathered in lard
Americans: it’s true I do do this.
American: British people will be like alright I’m off to eat some wheezy bangers (beans and bread out of a can)
Brit: I’ve seen this reblogged by several people I normally trust so: How mocking British cuisine and dialect has a long classist history and how it became frighteningly normalized on an American (uniquely cruel, uniquely ignorant) internet: a thread. 1/?

Coming soon to Tumblr: a button on posts that allows you blast the 'pain3' sound from Half Life (1998) directly at the poster
Proving a point to my boyfriend.
PLEASE REBLOG if you (male or female) believe it is perfectly okay and natural for a guy of any age to cry
