a digital comic page featuring laios and shuro from dungeon meshi. in the first panel, laios is imploring shuro, "can you please let me braid your hair to practice for marcille!! tanomu!!" to which shuro responds hesitantly, "ok..." in the background a thick but uneven braid runs in zig zags down the page, past a scene of shuro sitting tensely down on the porch while laios runs his hands through his hair. in the reflection of a mirror, shuro looks at the braid, lumpy and messy. in the face of laios' innocent anticipation, shuro sighs, "yes, it's good."

shuro has never had someone other than maizuru take care of his hair so he was very nervous lmao. eventually laios gets better and he gets fancy with it

later:

a single panel of laios yelling at a befuddled marcille, "marcille can i please braid your hair to practice for shuro!!"

gaza has just been completely cut off from the world.

after increased intensity of israeli aistrikes tonight, the last cable providing communications was destroyed. telecommunications have been completely cut off. they cannot reach one another. they cannot reach paramedics. the red crescent society has completely lost contact with their branch in gaza. nobody inside can reach anyone inside, and especially not outside of gaza to tell us what is going on. this is a complete atrocity.
