The sound of the ocean is soothing and helps her sleep

She very rarely hates people; mostly she just fears those who are cruel

She considered, once, applying to an asuran college, but was too afraid of failure to fill out the application; she never told anyone.

She likes to look pretty and craves compliments as only one who is scarred deeply can.

Half the things she steals she throws away or gives to someone else; money is great, but the rush of the theft is better

She envies Ally’s beauty and her lovers, which drives her to antagonize her sister more.

She’s a virgin

Until she was 12 she thought everyone stole and swindled for money and was surprised to learn that there were so-called “honest” occupations

Although she’d wanted to get away from her family for years, the time spent away from them only confirmed her deep need for their understanding and companionship. Especially Lock.

Be comforted in the fact that the ache in your heart and the confusion in your soul means that you are still alive, still human, and still open to the beauty of the world, even though you have done nothing to deserve it.
