Knowing your crush on him was nothing but that, you wanted to find the courage to look for love. Asking your friend for help, you’re pointed in the direction of the expert. Your neighbor, Min Yoongi

You’ve always wondered why Yoongi has a tattoo of a basketball—well, somewhat of a basketball, on his arm. It wasn’t until Hoseok told you one day that he and Yoongi were going to play basketball at the gym on campus that it somewhat answered your question. You honestly don’t see Yoongi being a basketball player, but the tattoo must mean he does, right?

Now, however, as you watch Yoongi walk alongside Hoseok, the two wearing sweats and a hoodie, you see Yoongi bounce a basketball beside him as the two head towards the general area of the student rec that maybe he is a basketball kind of guy. As the two get further and further away, you can’t help but wonder what it would be like to see him play.

“God he is so fine.” Your gaze drifts towards a group of girls staring off into the distance where Yoongi and Hoseok are. “What I wouldn’t give to just have one night with him.” 

You wonder if they’re talking about Yoongi and Hoseok, but there are plenty of other people they could be talking about. You can’t let your imagination run wild because some girls happen to be looking in the same direction as your boyfriend.

“He has a girlfriend,” one comments.

“I’ll be his next one then,” the other replies.

“Damn. Tattoos, piercing, and fine? He’s a whole package,” a third states.

Oh. They’re not talking about Yoongi. That’s a relief.

“Yoongi doesn’t have any piercings.”

…Great.

“Oh, look, it’s the guys,” Ari says, startling you. You turn to look at her as she does the same. “Scare you?” she asks.

“Yes,” you breathe, placing a hand over your chest. You can feel your heart pounding like crazy. 

Ari chuckles before turning her attention back towards the guys and comments, “Looks like they’re off to play basketball, so that means you and I are off to grab some dinner.” You scan back to where Yoongi was last seen, then to where the girls were lusting over him. Both are long gone. “Did I interrupt anything?” 

You shake your head. “Just thinking.” You link arms with her. “What are we eating?”

Jealousy is going to be hard to deal with.
