Clara has changed apperance three times now four if you count her back story. She was born to two au ra parents but when she and her father left she was disguised as a lalafell to blend into the busy streets of Ul'dah. Later as she needed to hide her identity again she changed back into an au ra. The next few times were tweaks (in story it's the result of a absorbing too much light changing into a light warden and the battle in which Clara lost her horns as a result.
