Are you actively lifting to get bigger and more muscular?
Yes I am. I’ve lifted off and on over the years. However at the beginning of March, I made the decision to dedicate myself to lifting regularly to build muscle.
I haven’t posted updates in a long time. So I’m pretty much starting over from scratch… At the end of the year, I weighed 175. I lost about ten pounds when I stopped eating junk food and stuffing for a few months. After this break, I decided to start hitting the gym and gaining once again. I look forward to reaching my short term goal of 180lbs. Please send me a dm and drop me some words of encouragement.

I enjoy practicing and playing music. I play flute, whistle and highland bagpipes. I like hiking, camping, lifting weights, cooking and of course eating.
