imagine with me the wachowski boys having to cross the street. knuckles is in the middle holding both his brothers’ hands so they dont wander off. they have to wait for the crossing signal to activate because it’s a busy day. sonic’s tapping his foot. tails is stimming by flipping his tails up and down. knuckles is just stone-cold staring at the sign. it flashes that they can go and they just start walking down tripping over each other because sonic ofc wants to go fast and knuckles is going normal speed and tails has tiny legs. knuckles still calls the street “the thunderpath”

Tom: I just had a long talk with Knuckles and Sonic about hitting and now they are yelling “it’s my turn to perpetuate the cycle of violence” before hitting each other.
