simple ways to help your little regress:

tie their shoes for them

help them put their clothes on

hold their hand when crossing roads

push them on the swings at the park

make them food/cut their food up for them

fill their cups

talk about/to their stuffies

call them small/tiny thought the day

tell them they’re “too small” to do certain tasks

encourage them to regress. eg “do you wanna be tiny for me?”

refer to yourself in third person. eg “daddy is so proud of you”

give them stickers for small accomplishments

help pick out their clothes (include regression space clothing)

call them pet names that trigger their little space

ask them to count certain objects

ask them what they can see and what colour it is

give them a “little space” movie list and get them to pick one to watch

make their favourite regression snacks

ask them what sounds certain animals make. eg “what sound does a cat make?”

reminder: these won’t help every regressor, but it’s a start <3
