Whumper is threatening the whumpee in the forest with a knife, thinking they're alone until they hear someone say, "Why don't you cut me?" And they look and see a person casually approaching, arms open and longing eyes fixed on the whumper's knife. "I wont run. I wont fight. I'll take it...eagerly!"

I’m calling the extra person the “fan” because I don’t know if whumpee also fits

The fan had repeatedly foiled the whumper’s plans in order to get close to them-they were desperately trying to get the treatment the whumpee was receiving.

The whumper had chosen their victim wisely,so having someone else show up just to ruin the fun made them absolutely furious.

The fan had stalked the whumper for a long time,fantasizing about what might happen to them if they get caught by them.

Whumper sends caretaker or S/O videos of whumpee being tortured. At first, the whumpee is defiant and cursing at the whumper. But after a few videos and hours going by, whumpee is delirious with pain, maybe even crying and begging for it to stop, calling out for caretaker or S/O

Hmmm yes good. When the whumpee can't think much less talk straight, but they're being forced to participate by the person behind the camera...

The caretaker being horrified after the first video, but desperate after the second...

And my favourite, when the third video comes with a note or a label that reads 3 of (blank).

How many more parts are there? 5? 10? ...more?

Whumpee who was muzzled and is triggered by that having to have an oxygen mask-a beautiful underused trope

Bonus points if they have breathing problems or a chest injury, and they must keep a mask of some kind on their face to keep breathing. 

Bonus bonus points if they struggle hard enough to be sedated. Another point if they have to be restrained. It’s extra yummy if they’re a recent rescue, and the hospital keeps them sedated and in padded restraints until they assess the whumpee’s mental state.
