"Some tunnels they built for the railways got sealed up, and not used. Nobody knows why exactly, but something musta spooked them to take that much of a loss." This started as a warmup doodle today. And then I kept going.😅 I imagine it as some kinda old west horror story, where workers digging tunnels for the Transcontinental Railroad accidentally uncover these. They're made by binding an evil spirit to obsidian sand and pouring it into a human-shaped ceramic.
