Hi! I'm not one of ur mutuals (I believe that is people who follow each other?) but baking is one thing I'm pretty good at so I hope it isn't rude of me to offer advice that can hopefully help!

So for quick things you can learn that are also easy to make and make a solid amount of even without fancy equipment, may I suggest brownies! It sounds kinda stupid, but as someone who has done many bake sales (Getting a degree in baking and also grew up in things where I went to farmers markets or things like bake sales!) I usually sell brownies and it works pretty well!

Most people make cookies for bake sales so not like an overused option. Super versatile so you can have different varieties that you make from the same base batter! Very easy to portion and price based on the audience you are working with (Ie. You are working with more health oriented ppl? You can make them into smaller portions. Ppl with lots of kids? You can section out a lot of em)! They also come in different textures so you can get a lot of people interested in what you are selling if you offer even just gooey and more cake like brownies! (That's usually what I have done and it works well!)

A big thing too with brownies is people tend to know what they are and even if it is something new with a brownie, they've had a normal one before so they are more likely to try it.

I also have these super easy lil cookie things that I learned from my mom that take about 2 minutes to learn, but people never tried them cause they sound weird? I guess? I'm not sure, they slap tho, so if you were interested in that too I could teach you how to make em!

But yes! I apologize if I over stepped or such, but I hope that gives you some ideas! And if you would like help with recipes let me know and I can definitely hook you up! Cause I found a lovely brownie recipe and video that shows how to make em and it's a recipe I still use so if you'd like that let me know!

Even if the idea didn't help if you are also worried about working a bake sale you can ask any questions or such cause it sounds like something u may be getting dunked head first into and I remember how scary my first rodeos with em were!
