Stark Tower has literally got the best wifi in the whole of New York and Tony makes it free as well so sometimes he’ll walk out of the ground floor and just see like a dozen or so people, usually kids, just sat on the doorstep on their phones or laptops and like it’s such a little thing to do but yknow. He’s Ironman. Give the kids some damn fast wifi.

Really can’t get over how.. genius the idea to showcase how Thanos sees Tony as his only threat was. In Infinity War, Thanos was really just focused on achieving his goal, not on bringing (unnecessary) demise to most of the characters (like a lot of MCU villains) But with Tony, who doesn’t really seem like a threat to a mad Titan like a literal God of Mischief is, he pulls no punches. He throws a literal moon at him, stabs him (with a weapon of his own creation, way to add insult to injury), and even after all that, is ready to use the force of four infinity stones on him before Stephen stops him. Now, why Tony is the only character to, for lack of a better word, intimidate Thanos, I don’t know. I think that this question sets Avengers 4 very nicely, and I’m genuinely really excited to see how it all plays out in that regard.  Pardon any incoherency, I wrote this while crying. Just had to get it off of my chest.

Note: Tony, in The Avengers, thwarted Thanos’ plan, and that could be a very real reason as to why Thanos is threatened. But you have to take into account  that at the time of the events I described in Infinity War, he already had four infinity stones. That makes him indescribably more powerful now compared to  six years ago, yet he still feels as though Tony could overpower him in some sort of way. It could be because despite all of his power, he lacks something Tony doesn’t: selflessness. He saw a glimpse of it in The Avengers when Tony, fully ready to die, flew a nuclear bomb into a black hole. He realizes that Tony will continue to sacrifice himself for the greater good, and that willingness is something that does not come with wielding the infinity stones.

I was talking about any of the ships as well as main characters in general in the series but mainly Newtmas because except for like one person, everyone else sees Newt as the Omega and Thomas as the Alpha which just doesn't sit right for me, because of the same reasons as you...

If in a alpha/beta/omega au where do you think each of the main characters be...

And just one more... Is there anybody of the main characters that you don't like (other than the obvious villains that is)...

Hey!!! So... I was re-watching scorch trials ( I know.... I like to torture myself over the inevitable heartbreak through the entire series...) anyhow... That aside... I wanted to know how do you think the shipping dynamics would be for them. In any of sub/dom, alpha/omega, top/bottom dynamics or in general.... I hope you get what I meant... Anyhow... I’m just gonna assume you’re talking about Newtmas, but there are other ships possible in that franchise (and in any franchise in general, so always make sure to include the ship you wanna talk about ;3).

I mean, I wrote one fic about them to answer one of those - alpha!Newt and omega!Thomas. Definitely. Thomas is a fussing person who so desperately wants to keep all of his pack safe, who feels instantly responsible for every kid who crosses his path. He is very omega in nature in canon. While Newt is very bossy but totally whipped when it comes to Thomas. Total alpha who can’t deny his omega.

Which, also explains the top/bottom how I see it. Thomas totally is a bottom and Newt most definitely tops him.

Dunno about D/s. Don’t really see them in a dom and sub relationship, but anyone who knows me even a little bit can conclude that alpha=top=dom and omega=bottom=sub in general.

Can I say something....

Think of this.... Vision is what's left of JARVIS (his son and father in one) and even though it was a mistake on his part Rhodey (Tony's oldest friend and maybe JARVIS' other dad) did get hurt by him.... And then it goes to this where tony wants to find him but he doesn't know where he is anymore... ("His transponder is off") and just think how heart broken he would be at that....

Ok thank you for this.... Because since the slightest of interaction between Carlos and Ben in the first movie where Carlos is practicing running and runs away seeing Dude.... I've fallen in love with them being a couple and everyone I know is against it and it makes me so upset because it's right in front of us....
