Hey guys, I know I haven't been very active on here lately and I apologize for that. Someone very close to me recently got diagnosed with cancer and I've been dealing with that plus some other real life stuff.

I've had a hard time being inspired lately.

I've been waiting in anticipation for this. I was so desperate to see my t8 babies finally get some love.

Can't WAIT for Kumo to start kicking ass and taking names for these badass babies.

That most recent chapter actually made me smile a little. I really just want these kids to be happy. And also it sorta feels like we're setting up a potential "these kids have potential, Konoha wants them back" vs "You treated these children horribly, they are Kumo now". I hope Bee becomes a big Uncle for Sakura.

I know the last chapter of Hoshigaki was harsh. Like, so harsh that a lot of people started getting worried that it would set the tone of the sequel and it left kind of a bitter taste on their tongues.

But I just want to say, I didn’t use the “Angst With a Happy Ending” tag on AO3 for this story for nothing.

But Kumo’s gonna be good. Real good. Trust me. 😉

It’s time Team 8 gets treated right.
