I have lost my brother, my home, our money, our source of livelihood, my profession as a dentist, and all our memories. Our lives have become difficult. We cannot obtain the necessities of life, such as water, food, medicine, and shelter. We live a difficult life in a school as a shelter for us after we lost our home. We cannot obtain a clean life and we suffer from the spread of diseases. Every so often we are displaced. We cannot settle in a place because of the intensity of the bombing. My name is Siraj, married with 3 children. Responsible for 5 families consisting of 23 individuals, including 10 children.

Due to the targeting of the house and the constant threat of eviction, we were displaced 6 times, and we now live in a tent in southern Gaza.

Winter has become harsh on us in the tent. There are no walls to protect us from the cold, nor enough blankets or heavy clothes, after we have lost everything we try to survive.

What I want now is to get out of this difficult reality and rent a house during the winter period to only the elderly and children in my family to protect them from the risk of death from the cold.
