Started playing a type-randomized version of Pokemon Platinum but as a challenge make a quick design of the Pokemon I catch.

Got a poison-type Munchlax for my starter

Togepi was a difficult one but based them on a baby moth in a silk cocoon

He has the ability to cause tech or electronic devices to malfunction/glitch temporarily and can also act as a spyware when needed.

Another ability is him being able to teleport a short distance which is called "Blipping" but it puts a strain on his body if used continuously.
