This is Queen Moira the Mouse!

A secondary antagonist, Moira is Leopold’s wife and the queen of the kingdom. However, she’s not taken very seriously and wishes she held more authority. Moira and Leopold are obviously based on the Lion and the Mouse, probably my favorite Aesop’s Fable and one that I always saw as very romantic <3 After a few years of marriage, though, their relationship is kind of falling apart and they’re trying to come up with a way to fix it. A side plot to the main story. I like her she’s silly
