I got the keychain in a lucky dip bag! Classic console Backpack Buddies. At Big W specifically, but they sold these at EBgames too. 

It doesn’t quite close all the way and it clicks if you press down on it, so if you’re looking for it in a blind bag just feel for some resistance and a slight click.

Apparently it’s the same model used for the Takara Gachapon 3ds toys, which are decorated with a game and a game case, which apparently opens and has a tiny game inside. God, I want one of these. 

And before I forget, for those who are saying looks like it was in a bomb blast it was owned by a forest-dwelling 9 year old which is about the same thing honestly
