I use FireAlpaca’s default brushes! I’m particularly inseparable from the pencil one:
Here’s a video of how I usually go about coloring my things! (dangit I forgot to mention on the video- I quickly colorpick from any part of the canvas by pressing alt while clicking on the color I want to use! this becomes handy for blending)

the animation was done in Aftereffects- really just basic rotation so it’s easy to figure out once you get the hang of the basics * o *
Hello! I absolutely adore your fae designs! I was just wondering what inspires you to come up with unique designs and what kind of research do you do for faes? I wanted to know since I honestly wanted to make faes of my own, but I don’t know where to start.
I’m honestly just inspired by haute couture fashion (I think I talked about influences and inspiration earlier today if you scroll down) as well as actual plant and animal references!
(I just slap all of those on a Hot Boy Base™ and then I’m done)
Chiaro isn’t technically a fae but he’s based on the Mourning Widow Flower so you might get a vague idea of how I make designs based on how I made his~

They’re based on both traditional Japanese and Western Crests, but they’re actually pretty straightforward meaning-wise :))
