yes i have a texture problem with onions but nothing against the taste when i make things i use onion powder instead but i cant tell you how many times ive had to sit through a meal gritting my teeth as i chew on a large chunk of onion its like nails on chalkboard but for your teeth i also dont eat sweet potato or bell peppers because they make my stomach iffy i think the fact that i have kept this “charade” up all throughout my childhood helps my family has mostly given up on forcing me to eat things food is supposed to be enjoyed and nobody should have to force themself to get through it
