Career, non-Palestinian, volunteer doctors are reporting that most of the injuries they are seeing in young children are head trauma and gunshot wounds to the head. Head shots (to children!) are every bit as intentional as bombing hospitals, UN schools, churches, refugee camps, mosques, and so-called safe zones. There is no defending the atrocities Israel has been committing.
