This fic does not have yandere themes and is based on our OCs. Aanariq, the chiss Imperial agent, belongs to her while Rich, the cyborg bounty hunter, belongs to me.]

Hunter, seeker, killer for hire. In a line of work where tomorrow isn’t promised, Sacarich—Rich for short—lives every moment like it’s his last because it very well could be. Despite his self-proclaimed stunning personality, trouble always has a way of finding the cyborg and connections were never truly built to last.

He almost becomes content with the life of a lone hunter, but he can’t help himself when he collides with Aanariq, a Chiss Imperial agent. With vibrant blue skin and hypnotic crimson eyes, Rich can't fight the instant attraction and he hates that he's such a cliché for it. Imperial Agents for the Sith Empire never garnered respect from Rich who valued his freedom above any master, but opinions are forced to change when he finds something in Aanariq that makes him want to be a better man.

Fetch quests and missions in the pursuit of their own goals bring them together as partners and Rich finds that the word that was once so foreign is something he doesn't hate if it's Aanariq.

Days become weeks as they traverse Hutta, a planet that neither of them can wait to get off of, and something akin to friendship blooms between them.

Rich's flirty demeanor softens, revealing a gentle nature that wants so much to be someone Aanariq can rely on. Aanariq, poised and professional at all times and polite in the way appropriate in boardrooms, is out of his element. In time, glimpses of his personality shine through and leave Rich wanting more.

The seemingly unshakable agent isn't a perfect machine and the superiors who take him for granted don't show any signs of letting up. Watching Aanariq rise and overcome every irresponsible demand from them causes a new rage to build within Rich and he doesn't mind stoking the flames of resentment he feels towards the empire. For all of the misfortunes he's faced in life, watching countless aging fucks treat Aanariq more like an exotic toy than a person makes him want to rip someone apart. Rich realizes he can take anything. No pain is too great, because he's seen it all before, but no one can touch Aanariq. He'll rip the Keeper's head off before they can touch him.

Harsh decisions that test their moral boundaries bring them closer together, as everything they thought they were are tested by the forces that be.

Aanariq who once was a simple office worker is catapulted into the field where his sniping expertise combined with Rich's skills honed from a life of survival bring them closer to their goals. What once is an amicable partnership transforms as Rich's feelings grow stronger for the agent who has contradicted his assumptions every step of the way.

The Chiss leaves him breathless just from making eye contact with him, and for all of his experience, Rich feels that there could be something real between them and it makes his heart flutter.

Curiosity and admiration brings Rich to Aanariq's side even when they're free from missions. He can't help but worry about his health and help in the little ways that he can. Drawn to the Chiss like a moth to a flame, he’s utterly smitten and Aanariq has no idea.

Much to Rich’s detriment, Aanariq doesn’t have a single clue...
