I really wish doctors would drop the idea that you HAVE to have hygiene issues to be depressed. Even at my worst depression i took lots of showers because they comfort me personally. But when i went to get help for my anxiety and depression several doctors told me i couldn’t possibly be depressed because i can shower. Meanwhile i think about killing myself in diff ways 24/7 lol…All in all, you know your body way more than anyone else. Even a doctor. Know this will make some people mad but truth hurts 🤷‍♀️
