Sebastian would never admit how much he was in love with you. The demon's immense pride stopped him from doing so. You didn't blame him, though, demons falling in love was a rare occurrence after all. You were satisfied with the moments where his love for you would seep in through affections or actions - moments that could not go unnoticed.

Such as his melodic voice coaxing you out of your sleep early in the morning, slender fingers brushing the stray strands of your unruly hair from your face. He himself found it difficult to believe that he could be this gentle with a human being, but you had softened the heart he thought he never had. A 'Good morning' was wished to you, followed by a brush of his lips on your forehead. You could see him smile at your rather grumpy face and attitude, but the grumpiness usually melted away as soon as his good morning kiss followed.

The relationship was kept a secret from the other servants at the manor, Sebastian made sure that nobody was hinted of the thing that went on between the two of you. He was an excellent actor, but you had seen that facade melt away for a few seconds when you limped back into the manor with an injury given to you by a flimsy intruder.

The proud smile faded away as he studied you, and as the other servants hurdled over you, worries radiating off their expressions, the only expression you were focused on was Sebastian's. He remained unreadable, but his expression was one that you had never seen before.

He was quick to order the servants to return back to their respective chores, and even quicker in gathering the materials that would be required for your treatment. Wrapping up your wound, he gave you a short scolding of 'Be more careful.'

He wouldn't be able to bear it if something more serious had happened.

"What will you do after I die, Sebastian?"

Sebastian looks up worriedly from the coat he's tending to, trying to contemplate your question. He remains silent for a while, attempting to search for an answer of this sad, and realistic question you had just thrown in his face.

"You won't."

The answer wasn't enough to convince you, a mortal like you would face death in a few more years, whereas Sebastian would have to continue living on.

"But-"

" I will make sure of it."

You cannot help but smile, pressing a kiss on his pale cheeks.

"I know."

You tried and tried, but sleep refused to come to you that day. The bed felt cold and empty, and so you decided to seek Sebastian's company for the night. Sebastian was usually free at this time, so hopefully you would not be much of a bother.

And that night, Sebastian held you close, allowing you curl up against him and let you sleep like a baby. He simply couldn't take his eyes off your sleeping face, and neither could he bring himself to leave you alone, so he laid there even though he did not require a brink of sleep.

Sebastian might never have vocally expressed that he loved you, but these little things he did in such moments were enough to let you know. If there was anything that Sebastian loved, apart from his felines, it was only you.

He was gladly yours, and would continue to be for the eternity that was to come.

Jealous Sebastian Michaelis Headcanons:

-Sebastian is a very respectable guy with dignity so he will not  outwardly show jealousy. 

-Heck he rarely is  jealous because LOOK AT HIM! -But if he does somehow become jealous he wont be happy by the fact that  he is as well. -It is such a rare thing for a demon to have certain feelings like this  you know? -So when he does get jealous it might be a bit intense. Like you can  sense something is wrong in the air. -But Sebastian won’t show it on his face. But people can feel it. -If the person who is flirting with them work for the mansion let’s just say life will be HELL. -Hard labour all the time but of course he won’t show how much he loathes them. He just looks so normal. -It’s a kind of Petty I WISH I can achieve. -If the flirty person STILL doesn’t sense the feeling that Sebastian gives off, then he will straight up threaten them but in his own way.  -“Such a gentleman shouldn’t be touching and speaking to a young maiden like this.  Especially if that young maiden is taken, because horrible circumstances might happen if they continue. Do you agree?” -He leans in very close with his signature smile, eyes closed but once he opens them they are red as rubies. -He freaks the fuck out. -“O-oh y -yeah you’re right! My apologies! ” He runs like the road runner. -After he runs away and you turn to him, asking if he was jealous he will simply play it cool. -“My, what kind of butler would I be if I let a beautiful maiden like yourself leave with that Neanderthal?” -He will never admit to jealousy because it is very beneath him. -So good luck trying to do that but if you know Sebastian well enough then you know. -Basically, for the most part he won’t get jealous but on that very rare occasion, the person who is flirting with you  better take those hints. Or else.

Some headcannons on how Sebastian is affectionate with his s/o and like his love language + how he expresses himself and his emotions or thoughts to the s/o ( post kidnapping so the s/o would be hidden away from the world and only have him for company) thxs love your writing and I am so glad to see that you are more active again

as gentlemanly as he can come off to be do keep in mind that's one of the best facades Sebastian's managed to make within his centuries of existence, for you to be stuck with this creature with nothing to do that doesn't revolve around him leaves you to learn a lot more than the behavior he's exhibited before

While still treating you as if you were a noble in a position high than him Sebastian will watch over all that you do even when you can't see him, only ever saying his opinion or thoughts when to persuade, mock, or to engage in getting you to talk more to him and have you rely on him

As you get more comfortable in the situation you've been trapped in you'll realize this demon never really interacted with humans anymore than contracts and assignments, for him to take a human lover is really out of the usual for Sebastian so his lack of personal expression isn't unexpected. He's calculated, confident and may be amusing from time to time he still will seem rather reserved. Though he makes up for it in dedication, looking and adoring your form through gentle touches and concentrated admiration are the main forms of self expression you'll get from your demon, along with the occasional brutally honest and biased opinion he'd make on how your life was going before he took you from it all.
