I understand if anyone of you don’t want to do this this year but remember last summer a year ago it was last July it was andi Mack week because of the final? Like my whole tl was filled with andi Mack content and fics even though andi Mack ended in July 2019 you still made a andi Mack week last year last July as for fun so I’m wondering if it’s gonna happen again this year this summer this July make it andi mack week again I mean idk how many of you have moved on and stop posting andi Mack stuff anymore so if it doesn’t happen then that’s okay I understand I just kinda hope it does because I really miss that and seeing andi Mack content on my tumblr makes me really happy I just miss it so much🥲

there’s a block button for a reason. you can filter tags. but don’t go out of your way to compile anyone who’s made the content you don’t like and go out of your way to tell people to block them.

the more the terms “pedophilia” and “child porn” get tossed around referring to smut fanfic…  the more obvious it becomes how poorly people understand what those words mean.

there is a huge difference between actually producing and consuming child sexual abuse content  ( “child porn” is a very harmful term  ;  it implies consent, which children cannot give )  victimizing actual children, and…  adults, writing stories about fictional  ( fictional!! )  teenagers having consensual sex.  i’m specifically not referring to characters played by actual minors here  ;  i’m talking teenage characters ( 17 year olds ) being played by legal adults.  that is not pedophilia, and that is not producing CSA content.  stop using these words.

these are fictional characters.  played by legal adults.  i cannot emphasize this enough.  no one is being victimized, no one is being violated or abused  ;  this is not pedophilia.  please, for one second, think about what it means to throw around these words  —  how deeply upsetting and harmful it can be to actual victims of csa, to minimize what they went through by even suggesting a fanfic is remotely comparable.
