Recently me and my friends have been reading an American queer gothic novel Gaywick by Vincent Virga, it’s insanely good! And also it’s second part Vadriel Veil!

I got to see some leyendecker pieces in person! He’s a really big inspiration of mine so one of the things I focused on was the actual close ups of the brush strokes in his pieces bc they’re so cool

There was a little challenge to draw cool female characters from Chinese BL novels ) We had to choose 4 characters, and for the 1st I took Chu Yue from Global Examination.

Finally I made two variants )
