Marjorie and Shawn had a lot of fun being outside with Max and Jasper. On Remembrance day they went to the graveyard to visit Marjorie‘s grandmother. The last day of summer was spent with friends 💖

That’s it for the first chapter. I think I‘m going to continue with my legacy challenges now. I will definitely come back to this save (was meant for testing new mods and the new EP, but I got attached as always 😁)

Marjorie went on a blind date for the first time! As she was feeling anxious, she took her best friend Kristi with her. Surprise Surprise: Marjorie matched on Cupids Corner with Samuel Nielsen - yes, her best friend Shawn‘s dad! 😱 And as the cherry on top, he‘s also the chief detective, thus Kristi‘s boss. After getting over the first awkward moments, Marjorie had a really good time with him. Samuel is highly skilled, ambitious and family oriented. Kristi went swimming after finishing her meal, it was just too much for her 🤣

Currently we‘ve had 3 gold dates. Only 4 more to go💕

PS: Something about my style of gameplay, I let the game create its own story and just run along with it. So, Marjorie matching with Shawn‘s dad is the game. Trent was already a criminal in this save and switched his career on his own. I also pay attention to my sims’ wants. love playing like this, makes the game feel truly alive ❤️

Romantic Date in the Skygazer Restaurant in San Myshuno. 🌅 The ambience was amazing and the food delicious. Most importantly, no one had to cook 😂 Daphne and Alex were quite exhausted after their travels back home and spent the evening cozying up in front of the fireplace. While they were on their honeymoon, their friends in Henford fed the chickens and Loretta (their cow) but the garden was a mess. Nothing that our botanist Daphne can’t fix though 🌸 The next term of University will start soon too and Alex is still looking for a better job. His dream is to become a country musician, so he’s working on his skills in the attic whenever he can. 🎶

PS: Daphne is my Gen 1 Sim of The Postcard Legacy Challenge! I won‘t be posting everything from the beginning though, same goes for my The Joy of Life Legacy Family (I‘m at Gen 1 there too :D). Main reason I started this simblr is 1. to post my 1 mill screenshots 😆 and 2. to hold myself accountable… because I get too attached to my sims. But I played one family until Gen 7 and loved it. 🙈 #Icandoit 💪🏼 and lastly I‘m new to simblr so bear with me 🧡

very disappointed to see how games that use art for their vision to come to life are actively trying to spread the use of ai. it seems like self kill at this point for these companies.

Unfortunately it's not a self kill. The Average Normal Person (tm) does not care a bit about the issues that the existence of generative AI causes. They're not artists nor writers who are being threatened, they have a fun app in their cellphones that turn their selfies into pixar cartoons and another fun app that turns their RPG prompts into a whole story without effort and they think this is cool. Here in my city we have a graphic design school that has been around for a few years and it has started using generative AI as a tool, they even got a contest for it. I was called there to talk about mental health with the manager and that's how I found they were using AI to design things now. Her face, when I told her what generative AI truly was, was pure and absolute shock. She simply didn't know. She had no idea it was stolen content, that it was robbing their students of the creative process. A graphic designer who was experienced enough to be a manager. The average offline person has no idea, and that's why those companies aren't in danger. It's the same reason why EA keeps spitting out half assed content, because the simblr community here might be huge, but you know who are the 99.9% of The Sims 4 players? Children and people who are not on tumblr, or even on twitter. They don't know it could be better, the kids weren't here for The Sims 2 and 3. They think the content EA launches is at the very least "ok".

The average person will love inzoi because they don't know/don't care, and we're gonna have to watch it.
