In fact, the fourth option is closer to me. Let's just say I know the difference between "smart" and "wise," but I didn't think "smart" and "clever" meant the difference. They are translated into my language in the same way, despite the presence of synonyms. I assume that "smart" means knowledge, and "clever" means the ability to use knowledge?
