Me just realizing and sympathising that one of the admins is prob tired literally waking up to random responses about the removed characters and editing happening at the wiki right now

Hey idk if anyone who followed my old candle cove blog follows this one so this might fall on death ears but like, if you’re annoyed or don’t like all the sudden changes happening on the wiki I understand as I’ve been a bit irked by it too but don’t go bothering any of the admins. In the end they’re not doing anything wrong, just editing their wiki. I understand feeling the community is being disregarded and those feelings aren’t invalid but in the end it’s important to remember this is a fanmade expansion on a creepy pasta from 2009, not an actual TV show or full fledged franchise. It’s not criminal or morally bankrupt of the admin to revisit and make changes to the fan internet project they were a part of for fun. Again I totally get (and feel) the annoyance and understand how for those who made some of the characters and pages that were almost deleted till some people asked for an archive and got the fanon page would be disheartened, and those feelings aren’t invalid, but sending the admins a bunch of dms continuously asking and criticizing them about stuff out of frustration really isn’t it. I don’t know if there’s harassment going on of course but a big onslaught of constant frustration and questioning could cause a lot of stress and I don’t wish that on anyone. And like, I say this as someone who holds candle cove and the wiki very dear to my heart like I’ve made some good friends and met my partner through this community, so yeah I’m a little annoyed too but it’s not some terrible crime or the end of the world. Just be kind and take a moment to step away from stuff for a bit if it frustrates you too much.
