Normalize Disliking People And Avoiding Them Without Starting A Conflict And Insisting That They're Bad
Normalize disliking people and avoiding them without starting a conflict and insisting that they're bad people. You don't actually need to be able to call someone toxic and abusive in order to justify that you're not vibing with them.

welcome to part 7194162 of jeon jungkook wrecking me by simply existing

nightly spiral
I'm 23 and haven't been kissed as well... Although I like to remind myself that I'm not missing out and that things will happen in their own time, I can't help but feel that, when the time does come, I'll be lacking some type of experience to trade with whomever it is I'll kiss. The road is long and we do have time, but that feels so abstract sometimes. Especially hearing it from people who already crossed that line.
I am saying this with no shortage of affection but listen to me ok: the person you end up kissing, the right person, will absolutely not give two flaming whotsits about who you have or have not kissed before them because they will be entirely taken by the fact they're the one who gets to kiss you right now (as they should be) like, I promise you this. Anyone who does make a deal out of it is an asshole and should have their rights to smooch u revoked no questions. Relationships, romantic or platonic, don't operate under a market value; you are not a bag of grain to be assessed at the market and bartered for some chickens, or a bunch of Pokémon cards doing the rounds at the playground swingset. What you, as a person, bring to someone else is not defined by something as utterly arbitrary as who has planted their mouth on whom and when. What you experience with another person is nothing less than a being in tandem; you both give and receive as much as the other person, not in the sense of any kind of hierarchy or settling of accounts, but in the simple sense of engaging in something together. What should matter the most is not what experiences can I get from you? but rather that I'm experiencing with you. It will not matter what it is, then, because the very essence of it is bundled up in the fact that it happens with this person. Because they are who matter to you. You don't have to prove yourself worthy of somebody else's time and affection by enacting a trade-off to show you're a good investment; you're worthy already. And what makes you worthy has absolutely nothing to do with whatever mouth did or did not get there before. I promise!!!
everybody loves a woman’s independence until it threatens their ego.
