(OUTPLACE WILL BE GETTING A REAL ARTWORK, BUT KEEP WITH THIS ICON FOR EXPLANATION OF WHAT IS IT.) OutPlace looks like a village on the surface, at the foot of Mount Ebott. Being a village that monsters built after their release from underground, this place is where Sans and his party will go back and forth most of the time to receive quests and continue the story. Part of DustOuter's story goes as follows:

After the monsters left the underground, many of their items were left behind, clothes, furniture, lost things in general, etc. Sans and his party's job will then be to recover these objects from underground and take them to the citizens of OutPlace.
