Quick little vent

Remembering the time in a school survey they asked “What’s your favorite color?” And I couldn’t answer the question because I shaped my interests on what people around me liked. So I was just sitting there staring at the the laptop rethinking everything about me, realizing I have really bad identity issues. And when me and my friend got out the class we were talking about it and I brought up that I couldn’t answer the question about my favorite color and she said something along the lines of “You couldn’t answer it too?” So me and my friend were talking about the deep seeded identity issues that we both had laughing about. But when I got home and got in my room I just stared at the roof rethinking everything about me, trying to figure out what was truly me and what was the parts of me that I made to fit in.
