A question for you all:

Has anyone else been having problems with the Firefighter Profession lately? I was messing around earlier today and made a random firefighter sim in Sunset Valley, and whenever she is at work and an emergency occurs, as soon as I direct her to respond to it, the alarms stop, she drops the action to go to the lot that is on fire, and carries on like nothing happened. It happens every time, no matter if I click on the Fire icon, or the siren or firetruck, or on the house itself, or if I just wait and she responds autonomously. 

It's rather irritating...

Audrey-Kate and Andrew both grew up to YAs, so now Babies 1-3 are all successes! 

My bb Eleanor hit elderhood after popping out 16 kids. You go, girl!

Sadly for her, she's not getting off the hook in this challenge. I've got a Young Again Potion for her to drink so she can continue with the baby-making. 

I'll give her a day or two as an Elder to relax for a bit- she's definitely earned it!

The same thing happened to me all the time, actually. Even when I’d spawn fires myself. I’ve noticed that you have to make sure the fire alarm and firetruck are all maintained to 100% when the fire alarm goes off. You can do that easily by going into work early that day, which I used to do and it made it better. Sometimes you have to be super super fast when telling your Sim to go to the fire. I hope this helps!

Yeah, I noticed that both spawned fires and EA's fires did it. I'll try out your suggestions and see if it helps, thanks!
