For Zenyatta: Count Three Blessings.
For Zenyatta: Count three blessings.

There was the sound of a long, mechanical him that was somewhere between the sound of a motor running idle and the forced sound from someone lost in thought. He even lifted a metal finger to tap idly at his chin, making the softest clang as he did. It was tough to narrow it down, to think of just a few. But, some things jumped to mind right away.
"In the broadest of terms," Zenyatta spoke, his tone, though grating and mechanical, somehow light and whimsical, the lights on his head flickering as he began, dropping his hand back with the other in front of him, "My brothers and sisters, the world around me, and my students. All are blessings as all are beautiful and unique in their own ways. To specify it any further than that would be like picking favorites. I do not think that is fair when I care for and appreciate them all equally."

All Elias could do was watch, it was all he really ever did. Watch as the Archivist tore himself apart, trying to make sense of an old woman's mess left for him. He wasn't getting any closer to understanding what the Stranger had planned. It wasn't going to be an easy way to get him close to the Stranger again if they don't figure this out. There wasn't any time for existential crises.
Elias stepped closer, leaning forward over the desk, both palms down, keeping a firm tone, "The answer has to be in here, Jon," he said, slow and even, "Gertrude kept these together for a reason. Your insistence on some silly notion of what you are is what's holding you back from the truth. You aren't allowing yourself to grow into this power you hold. You need it in order to see the truth."
It was frustrating enough that the old Archivist was so defiant in her work, now there's Jon who is compliant to a point, but stubbornly self deprecating.
"You have to do this, Jon. You and your team. Otherwise the world as we know it ends."
I think.. my favorite think Elias has said was just simply “Be seeing you.” to Martin as he was being arrested. Because I know-- I just know-- he had that huge shit eating grin on his face because seeing them is literally all he’s going to do from his cell. The inside joke energy is so strong and I just love it.

Elias didn’t move. He continued to stare at Jon, looking directly into his eyes. He knew what he could see in the Archivist. But, did Jon understand what was looking back? Could he feel that weight bearing down on him as the Ceaseless Watcher gazed on him through those seemingly ageless eyes? No, no Jon wasn’t quite there yet. This discomfort came simply from the man standing over him, the one who killed Jurgen Lietner in Jon’s office and framed him for it. The boss breathing down his neck about his work. Slowly, letting the moment drag on as he pulled his hands back, he backed off. He straightened himself, smoothing out his shirt before just letting his hands hang at his sides.
“My apologies,” he responded simply, taking a step back, “I’ll let you get back to it,” his eyes left from Jon’s now to look over the crate of tapes beside him, how seemingly random they were. It didn’t seem like they would help on the surface, even Elias was sure of that. He looked back to Jon again as he started to turn for the door, “Keep looking. Maybe something will... stand out for you.”
With that, he walked out of the door, closing it behind him, the audible click of his heels loud, echoing until he was back up to the main floor.
For Elias: Which would you rather choose, to live forever aiming for the impossible or to die knowing that you can't succeed?

“The answer is obvious, because the answer is what I’ve done,” Elias held his hands to the side as he sat back, the wide smile spread clear across his face, “Aiming for the impossible is the life I chose serving my chosen benefactor. Its what we all choose. Aiming for the impossible doesn’t mean it can not be reached. To die accepting that I can’t? Unacceptable. Just look around at all I’ve done, all that I’ve accomplished.”
The world outside was screaming, delighting beings the humans suffering couldn’t even begin to understand. The sheer level of rising fear was a delight to all of those on the top. The watchers, as they were, could see all and know all, as the watched suffered their deepest, darkest fears.
“Aim for the moon, but land among the stars, hm?” Elias just gave a low laugh, folding his hands across his lap again, “The Eye is pleased. I have done the impossible.”
