Miles's smaller amount of experience means he is generally less competent/capable than other Spider-people

I can’t remember which issue but there’s a robin comic where he tells Tim to get some rest and then wakes him like 2 hours later and I can’t help but think any normal 14 year old would have had a fit.

Tim creating his own quiz that is painstakingly detailed on each member of the family with several different answers for each question.

It’s called:

What Gotham Cryptid Are you?

He publishes it under a name he got from a random username generator and then sends it to his family, telling them he found it and thought it would be funny to see who got what.

Bruce actually gets Batman, which isn’t that shocking when thought about.

Dick also gets himself but they’re the only ones.

Barbara gets BatWoman and immediately text Kate to show her with genuine pride.

Jason gets Damian and is pissed about it until he finds out people see Damian as super cool cause he has a sword, so it’s not too bad and better than getting sick or Bruce.

Tim gets himself but only because it’s literally rigged, so he doesn’t count it in his accuracy chart.

Steph gets Orphan/Batgirl and is estatic to tell her best friend as such.

Cass gets Nightwing to everyone surprise but the woman herself just smiles happily.

Kate gets Batman and throws a fit because Batwoman is better in every way and ‘obviously the stupid quiz is wrong’.

Duke gets a strange one that is called ‘OG Robin’s’ and seemingly describes both Dick and Jason in it but shrugs it off and is instead happy he got such a positive answer.

Damian genuinely starts tweaking when he gets Red Robin, throwing a fit and saying it’s stupid and wrong.

It’s then that Tim confesses he made it and that they themselves contributed to most of the choices in it. There’s some outrage, but most of them find it either amusing or enlightening.

Damian of course claims that Tim had just proven he rigged it so that he would get ‘the worst Robin’.

Alfred would later see him staring at the screenshot of the quiz result with a look of disbelieving pride on his face.

Bonus:

Alfred got Bat Cow and told absolutely nobody because it never happened.

Jason Todd

Jason Todd is one of a kind in many ways because Jason, is free and alluring. Jason takes up many roles and plants his love like a garden. It is very clear that Jason, at his best, is love. In many ways, the mystery of Jason is illuminated by Jason's ability to remain subtle. Jason peels oranges as a gesture of love and is very attentive. Jason loves simple things, like the texture of freshly baked bread or the sweetness of a good pudding. Jason, is an open book, read by many who have experienced his ability to take up many roles and to wear many smiles. Of course, Jason evolves ever so effortlessly. Jason is a lover of many words and a dweller of many worlds. Jason is my favourite villain because he wears his wounds like a shield. Of course, as we know, Jason's sexual desires are driven by his need for ultimate pleasure. Jason, is erotic and attractive with skin that drips gold for pus. Jason often experiences thrills of passion in ways which place Jason's head into shock. Jason's head experiences headaches which show how patriarchy is directly proportional to the attainment of pleasure in ways which magnify Jason's position as both a villain and a lover. Jason is soft and sentimental inwardly. Jason's love is music and flowers and pain and sincerity which of course, feed the illusions of love under patriarchy. In many ways, Jason is a real lover because in the end, Jason dies for love.

One day Tim’s out in casual clothes just roaming because Alfred said he needed to spend time in the sun (Jason said his sickly Victorian child was showing which is what actually got him outside).

Anyway he’s minding his business, bored out of his mind, when an alert about the riddler goes out. He escaped Arkham and Tim is like “I’ve got nothing better to do,” So he tracks him down. Except he tracks him down as Tim Drake, not Red Robin because he was told to get sunlight as Tim.

Kid basically knocks on the door the Riddler’s hideout like “I’m bored and I’m pretty sure I can out riddle you.” And the Riddler isn’t gonna take that challenge sitting down.

He doesn’t even have a plan set up yet. Just drags Tim in like “guess I’ll use this kid as bait he is influential.” And the entire time he’s setting up his elaborate trap he’s shooting riddles back and forth with Tim. Ten minutes in he’s given up on the trap because Tim is not only keeping up but is also dishing out stellar riddles. Riddler’s not about to risk killing one of the few people in Gotham that are actually entertaining.

By this point the Bat’s “Tim Radar” Has gone off. They haven’t heard from him and he hasn’t checked in for the Riddler Breakout. So they track him and they find him sitting in Riddler’s hideout with a mug of coffee playing the equivalent of four dimensional chess but it’s the game Clue.

It ends with the Riddler being willing to go back to Arkham so long has he has regularly scheduled enrichment time with Tim.

Tim’s content with that. Honestly he had a lot of fun.

Bruce is exhausted.

Jason had a "bad" habit of calling you before he went to sleep. He couldn't help it, your voice brought a deep sense of comfort into his disturbed and haunted life.

He didn't care for the time or the fact that you could be asleep; he just needed to hear your voice and to make sure that you were safe.

He always called after his patrol, just a few hours before sunrise. He would dial your number as he made his way to the mess of pillows and blankets from the prior night. He'd huddle onto his bed, patiently waiting to hear you on the other end of the line.

When you'd answer, he'd greet you with excitement, his voice sweet and gentle as if it were doused with honey.

The quite hours of the night often laced his voice with an overwhelming amount of exhaustion. It made his voice sound deeper and huskier; his accent occasionally made an appearance during this time. His tired voice was warm and filled with immense emotion. It made him sound attractive, and you'd wish to hear it in person.

Jason always asked about your day and usually responded by humming or by asking short follow-up questions. Your voice felt melodic to him, like a ballade of a soothing song; Jason could listen to you all day.

The late-night conversations never lasted long though, Jason often fell asleep listening to your stories. You'd call out his name and wait for an answer, only to be surprised with a small snore. You'd giggle to yourself before wishing him good night.

You would stay on the line for another minute or so before finally deciding to hang up and letting your own slumber take over.

Clark absolutely plays it up when he meets little kids dressed like Batman in Metropolis, referring to them as his old friend and making them ecstatic. He also has a habit of helping any little Robins he finds do flips.

Batman runs into little Supermans in Gotham and sends Clark photos of them from his lenses captioned with things like, "On the job for six years and already better than you" or answering questions about Supes like "Yes I am his boss."

jason couldn’t quite wrap his head around it when you told him. you hadn’t been on a museum date, not even once. never hiked with someone, no quiet walks up hills, no sharing the weight of silence and breath between trees.

he leaned against the kitchen counter, arms crossed, staring at you like you were the punchline to some bad joke. “wait, so… no one’s ever taken you to a museum? or on some lazy hike through the woods? not even to pretend like they’re deep?”

you smiled, but it didn’t quite reach your eyes. “mediocre romance,” you said, almost offhand, like it was just a fact of your life. “i’ve been romanced, sure. just… nothing like that.”

jason exhaled, shaking his head slowly, a flicker of something like frustration sparking in his gaze. “unbelievable,” he muttered, then, after a beat, softer, “i don’t do half-assed.”

he pushed himself off the counter, taking a step toward you, his presence always heavier than his footsteps. “museum on saturday. hike on sunday,” he said, his voice low, but with that rough edge of certainty. “and i promise, it won’t be like anything you’ve had before.”

you felt the weight of his words, not in the grandness of them, but in their simplicity. jason didn’t need to try too hard. it was the promise in his voice, the way he made you feel seen in ways that didn’t demand the spotlight, just the quiet recognition that you deserved more than ‘just enough.’ and with him, somehow, you believed it.

Damian gets de aged to baby age and Bruce is absolutely delighted.

Like, he’s concerned, because he loves his 10 year old Damian. He would be heartbroken if it was permanent, it would be like Damian died.

But as soon as they confirm that it’s all temporary, he’s relieved, but down plays his excitement. A whole week with his (now literal) baby boy.

One of his biggest regrets in life was not being able to see Damian as a baby. It’s different with his other kids because they had parents and he repeated that he could never replace them. Damian on the other hand, he should’ve been there. He would’ve been, had he’d known. So he really feels like he missed out on that aspect.

When Dick insists that he holds and plays with Damian, he gets all pouty and quiet. Because how ridiculous is it to be jealous over a babies attention. Until he notices Damian keeps looking back at Bruce, as if making sure he’s still there. And he realizes that Damian, even though he’s happily playing with Dick, wants him around. And he’s so proud of himself. He’s getting a good grade in Dad.

It’s all fun and games until it’s time for bedtime and turns out, Damian is a clingy baby. Bruce basically has to sleep with one hand in the crib for Damian to hold for him to even consider sleeping.
