In general people who police fandoms piss me off tbh, I don’t care if someone in a fandom makes something goofy or “cringe” or something that “misses the point” I literally just want everybody to have fun. I grew up not openly expressing myself because I was scared everyone would think the stuff I talked about was dumb and now look at me. I’m happy as fuck, I’m a master shitposter who can also take things seriously, and I’m STILL respected by people, because I don’t dwell on stuff that isn’t hurting anybody. I don’t force myself to conform because guess what? If you force yourself to be how everyone else wants you to be, you’re gonna grow up and realize you wasted your time following strict guidelines on what isn’t and is socially “acceptable” according to everybody else. Literally be yourself, what people online tell you to do doesn’t matter in the end if you aren’t hurting anybody, thank you for coming to my yapping session.
