Is there only one Bunnix, or is there a Bunnix for this timeline that learns about the other Bunnix trying to screw with things and confronts her?

There is only one Bunnyx! She's omnipresent but not omniscient. This is important for the purposes of this AU, and I will give an extensive visual demonstration as to why for later reference:

Timelines are messy and complicated and the concept of them is really weird. Aka, the idea that a single choice can alter the course of fate, like so:

Child's play, really. However, the further the choices go, the more complicated things become.

Imagine a Bunnyx in every single one of those timelines. Imagine some crossing over into a "bad" timeline and having to try and go back to find where it branched off, overlapping with the Bunnyx that exists in that timeline already. How many Bunnyx' can a timeline hold before it starts to bend in on itself from instability issues due to reality breakage? Time's a fickle, sensitive thing.

So, for the purpose' of this AU, all Bunnyx's are the same Bunnyx. When entering a different timeline, Bunnyx will essentially get hardwired into the memories of the Alix from that timeline she just warped into - think of it like booting up a save state in a video game, omnipresent but not omniscient.

(Whoever has the bunny miraculous will be able to access the memories of their younger self in whatever timeline they're in.)

Bunnyx will always remember what happened in her ORIGINAL timeline however, which is the Canon timeline she uses as a baseline in all her scheming.

Like so. The reason for which Bunnyx needed Ladybug for the Chat Blanc timeline was because the Alix of that timeline was dead and therefore her memories were inaccessible. Having this failsafe is a good thing, since it ensures Bunnyx can prevent dead-end timelines:

The only issue is, Bunnyx has a character flaw, in which her timeline (the Canon one) is the only one she considers to be good and trustworthy. As a result, Bunnyx interferes in places she probably shouldn't.

kind of a tame example but, it follows the point: Bunnyx is essentially so paranoid about dead timelines, she tries to follow each step of a timeline to make sure it doesn't branch off somewhere she has to go FIX. this means she micromanages, and doesn't approve of choices the original Marinette (she personally grew up) with didn't make.

The issue here is...

every time Bunnyx interferes, that does in fact, effect the timeline in what Marinette knows, and therefore, creates more branches. The content of that information will effect how Marinette makes her next choices, which is how we got the Feralnette AU.

Danny has been crowned prince after his victory over Pariah Dark. Clockwork approaches him and says that he will train Danny to become king and that Danny will become his apprentice. What does being the apprentice of clockwork entail? Why helping fix the time stream of course and this time he’ll have to visit other worlds.

His first mission is on this other world where superheroes are more prevalent and they even have a base up in space. He’s tasked with finding someone called ‘Flash‘. According to CW the guy could run so fast he could wind back time. Apparently he was about to do so within the next 24 hours but this time it would cause some really bad cracks in the timeline.
