Like, she does it again in public, and people talk about it on the internet, and suddenly the entire feral population of Paris is just grabbing any any akuma they see mid-flight and trying to hunt hawkmoth with it. That would work! IIIIIFFF.... the entirety of France was as magically abused and containing as much horrific willpower as Marinette. As things are, Parisians are more likely to run away when they see an Akuma or instantly submit, as they're not used to what is, essentially, a magical possession.

Marinette, who has been battling Akuma unendingly, has a second sense for these things and can endure the pain of his forced possession. It's a little bit like trying to choke someone as they're already choking you to death. Which one of you has the stronger grip? Can you attack them when they already have their hands on your throat? Would you win? Which one of you will pass out first? Probably you, since the other person started attacking you, first, and in this case its Hawkmoth, who has waaaay too much experience in this field.

Her high tolerance to pain and unusual affiliation with the miraculous make it so she endures akumatizations much better than probably anyone else under those circumstances, and her constant sparring is sharpening her angles, both externally and mentally.

Adrien might be able to do such a thing, but he can't even stand up to his own father, much less a villain version of him trying to harpoon into his head, and that boy is RUN by his emotions.

All in all, Paris isn't strong enough. Just Marinette.

Danny has been crowned prince after his victory over Pariah Dark. Clockwork approaches him and says that he will train Danny to become king and that Danny will become his apprentice. What does being the apprentice of clockwork entail? Why helping fix the time stream of course and this time he’ll have to visit other worlds.

His first mission is on this other world where superheroes are more prevalent and they even have a base up in space. He’s tasked with finding someone called ‘Flash‘. According to CW the guy could run so fast he could wind back time. Apparently he was about to do so within the next 24 hours but this time it would cause some really bad cracks in the timeline.

Okay, every time I read stories about Tim’s lost spleen (they shouldn’t be as funny as they actually are) my brain goes to a conversation I had with a friend a few weeks ago about how amazing 3D printing has become. Because apparently we can now 3D print working organs?! And I just want to read something where Tim finds out he can 3D print his spleen and either freaks out about it, demands why no one told him sooner, or just up and does it himself without telling anyone, maybe all of the above; I don’t know. But yea, we can 3D print working organs now and I want to read about Tim finding that out, because I don’t want to write it.
