penntin rocks because quentin starts out by seeming like he's trying to cheat off penny's entrance exam, which penny gives him A Look for but ultimately ignores, then they're Roommates (oh my god they were roommates) and penny's like "hey roomie :)" and quentin immediately accuses him of stealing his stupid book. which penny DID do but he resents the accusation so they're best worst frenemies forever.

also penny pushes q up against a tree for basically no reason other than to create homoerotic tension. and it rocks.
