My friend said I should try and write an essay (or at least a post I guess) on whether I grew up besotted with Mulder and Scully because of my whole slow burn friendship-love thing, or if I have a whole slow burn friendship-love thing because of Mulder and Scully 😄

The way I continually gravitate towards uniquely-bonded friends who finally kiss after like ten years is just an absolute pattern at this point 😆

question for academic discussion: when did mulder realize he was in love with scully? and when did scully realize she was in love with mulder?
