I Saw Someone Point Out The Constant Dehumanization Of Logan Throughout The Movies And Its Been Haunting

I saw someone point out the constant dehumanization of Logan throughout the movies and it’s been haunting me for a while now- it also happens when Cassandra thinks she has him in her snare, calls him her little animal, right before he reveals that he’s actually the one with the snare around her, reversing that blatant dehumanization and animal/beast comparison onto her in a way while also subverting it and I just really enjoy that

"you are the one bright light in kirkwall" says the guy who, at great risk to his own safety and freedom (and probably health), runs an illegal free clinic for the poor and refugees which people are literally told to find by "looking for the lit lantern" I'm so ill. he doesn't even see his own light.
