Saw this in a deactivated Tumblr and will pick up the gauntlet, .I will create the animation, post it on my blog and tag you. Feel free to put any kinks you want to share or any suggestions you need re-enforced in the tags or as a reblog text. I will do my best to do this based on my time.
Something that a lot of people here in this community don't understand (usually men for some reason and from my experience) is that being a feeder is more than just buying a ton of food or cooking and being a feedee is more than being fat or eating a lot. Feedees have boundaries, a whole personality and life outside this small kink world and feeders don't think all day about fattening up someone with junk food, they don't necessarily wanna give encouragement to every single feedee or to fat chat all the time.
Feedism relationships are way more outside this kink, it is about complimenting each other, making the effort to create an emotional connection and taking into account all the boundaries that each one has while knowing they are their own individual person who also develops apart from you and this kink.
But it seems like a lot of people are not ready to accept that fact. Sorry for the rant, but I have seen many asks to feedees and feeders that strip them out of their autonomy as people.

Foods For Beginner’s Weight Gain:
These are just some foods and recipes that I’ve found helpful to eat on my weight gain journey. This list is based on my own opinions and experiences, obviously yours may differ.
Gainer shake, you can literally put anything you want in a shake, so long as you blend it well, but heres what I typically put in mine.
2-3 tablespoons peanut butter. 2 large scoops of Optimum Serious Mass. 2-3 cups of milk. 1-2 cups of fruit. 2 tablespoons of sugar. 2-3 tablespoons of yogurt.
You can also add things like crumbled cookies, cheese cake, instant cake/brownie powder, instant pudding powder, ice cream, cool whip, whipping cream, milk flavouring. The possibilities are endless.
If you’re a female, and you have the money to spare I’d recommend using “Women’s Ultra Mega Maximum Nutrition” - Back when I was super skinny I used this and it helped my body absorb the calories in the gainer shakes I was eating. With a lot of weight gain powders, you’ll consume the product, but your body isn’t absorbing all of the calories, instead they pass right through you. My understanding of this product is that it helps your body absorb the food you eat instead of letting it pass right through you. It also has a ton of other benefits, and is actually really good for you. Look it up online, see if it’s something you’re into.
Perogies with bacon/ham and onions. I get frozen perogies, fry them up in lots of oil/butter, lightly brown each side and then add finely chopped onion and bacon (can also use ham instead) perogies are super fatty, filling, and with the extra calories of frying them up in bacon fat (perogies are super absorbent and soak in all of the delicious fat) they can be really good for packing on pounds.
Pasta, if you’re a gainer and you don’t know the wonders of pasta, then I don’t know what to tell you. Pasta is god-like for weight gain, just the noodles alone help to pack on weight, why? “When you eat carbohydrates your body turns them into sugars, which are then stored as fat.” or so they say.
Potatoes, same thing as pasta, they have a lot of carbohydrates, are heavy on the stomach, and you can do so many things with them. Put them in soup, fry them, hash browns, french fries.
Canned pie filling can have about 800 calories if you get a certain type, is super filling, heavy on the stomach, and is the best part of the pie. You can eat it straight out of the can, or eat it with ice cream or whipping cream.
Yakisoba noodles, (beef) per 1 package is 500 calories, tastes amazing, easy to eat, and addictive.
Lard, ewww lard? Yup, lard. It’s grown on me a lot, I use to fry things, I spread it on bread, use it in sandwiches, and I eat a few tablespoons of it every once and a while.
Peanut butter is a gift from the gods. It’s an extremely versatile ingredient, and only requires basic cooking knowledge to make something delicious with it. And if you want to skip the cooking part altogether, you can eat 2-4 table spoons daily just as it is, or you can add it into gainer shakes, have peanut butter toast with honey, or spread it on apples. Peanut butter is “a calorie-dense food that provides a large amount of nutrients in small servings” hell you can even make peanut butter cookies, peanut butter brownies, peanut butter pancakes. Along with peanut butter, any type of nuts are good for weight gain, you can buy pre made trail mix and munch on that throughout your day.
Yogurt, I mentioned earlier about putting yogurt in my gainer shakes, but nearly all of the yogurt being sold is “probiotic” which you have to be super careful for. Probiotic is a bacteria in the intestine, yogurt is enriched with probiotic bacteria, it’s actually really healthy and good for you, it makes you poop regularly, and helps you shed weight. Which if you’re a gainer, it becomes the spawn of satan. There are a handful of yogurts that aren’t pumped full of probiotics, and are actually high in fat. The brand I use is called “Astro: Original” per ½ cup is 100 calories (depending on what flavour you get, I like the vanilla in my shakes) with certain times of food, it can have more fat and sugar than it does “health benefits”. While I’m not saying Astro doesn’t have any probiotics, just that it hasn’t affected me or caused me to lose weight.
“Fatty Cakes” recipe -
I used pre made pancake mix, but you can make yours from scratch and just add the extra ingredients.
6-7 cups of pancake mix. Half a cup to a full cup of weight gainer. 4-5 cups of defrosted berries. 2-3 cups defrosted berry juice. 1-2 cups milk (or cream). 1 tablespoon of sugar. 1 egg.
Just make them like you usually would normal pancakes, fry them up in a pan with some oil, flip occasionally, serve with whatever you want, whipping cream, berries, syrup, butter, sprinkles.
Water, but Eve, water isn’t food. I’m super adamant about suggesting water because when I first started gaining people told me to cut water out of my diet and replace it with soda. Well guess what, stupid me did that and I got super dehydrated. Couple of days of regularly drinking water fixed me right up though, and I’ve been drinking 2-3 litres of water every day. Don’t make my mistake, and skip out on drinking water. (And don’t do drugs kids!) no but really, there are some jerks in the weight gain community that think they know everything. Don’t take their advice, talk to someone who is actually trustworthy and is a gainer too. A lot of those jerks have no clue what they are talking about and just tell you to do things for the sake of a fetish and not what would be in your best interest. (and remember don’t take candy from strangers!)
I think the most important thing to remember with weight gain is, if you eat a large amount of anything, you’ll put on weight.
Foods To Avoid For Weight Gain:
Raw celery will make you cut weight, you can cook it to death, to the point where all of the nutrients are removed from it, and it should be safe then, but eating raw celery will for sure make you cut weight.
Chili pepper’s have been used to help reduce appetite and increases fat burning.
Coconut oil, basically increases the amount of calories you burn.
Green tea helps flush out your body and boosts metabolism.
Kelp, or seaweed, helps burn body fat.
Tomatoes, regulate metabolic rate, and appetite.
These are just a few foods, if you’re unsure if a certain food will make you cut weight, research it before hand. Just because something is listed in a “good for dieting” article, doesn’t mean the food will necessarily make you cut weight, look for things that say it’ll help your metabolism, or reduce your appetite.
I hope that you found this helpful, if you did feel free to like/reblog, you never know who’s in need of some guidance or tips.
