Tumblr hasn’t been letting me post for some reason, which is my excuse for not posting. Still feeling super overwhelmed and drowned in readings, have had a constant headache all week.

TODAY

French class — sujet de lecture: les Gaules, les romaines, les Wisigoths, et les effects de la chute de l’empire romain dans les tribus locales

HIST 201 (Ancient Magic, Witchcraft, and Sorcery) — we read a lot about Mesopotamia magic traditions and discussed the idea of the “personal god” and how it interacted with the idea of curses and curse-breaking, the ašu, ašipū, and the idea of kišpu

basically haven’t accomplished anything else because there’s a storm and we canceled the club I help lead

wait that’s a lie I had to talk to HR for my job
