Yesss! Her name is Rosie!

I was waiting to do her redesign to answer this question, here it is below. (Maybe I should bring back the black lipstick!?)

The original art is a few years old and her character and role in the story has changed a lot. We wanted the new design to reflect her personality better.

I've been wanting to write character introductions/bios so I'm gonna dump as much information as I can about her below, keeping it spoiler free!

Rosie is a 21 year old college student studying psychology and art therapy. She lives with her parents in Cambridge, MA and works at Dunkin' Donuts. (The whole comic is VERY Massachusetts core lmao)

Rosie is a minor character in the comic. She is the girlfriend of the main character, Lennon. They met in high school and were on and off again for a few years until Rosie goes to college.

I've added art of them below from a few years ago, but both of their deigns have changed a bunch!

They kind of have a tumultuous relationship and fight a lot. Anytime they're at the verge of a breakup, one of them begs the other to stay.

Change is a major theme in the comic. Rosie fears change and will do anything to keep things exactly as they are even if it means hurting or lying to others.

She is assertive, clever and a hard worker, but finds herself living in fear. Growing up, Rosie was passionate about dance and was on her high school's dance team but quit dude to self confidence issues.

Even though she is 21 and could be living at her college dorms, her parents made her stay home and don't let her stay out past 10. They are very controlling and influential over everything she does. Rosie has internal conflict between living in fear of her parents and trying to get away and rebel against them. Her parents really hate that she's dating Lennon, an unemployed high school dropout who's in a band.

There's a lot more I'd love to say about her, but it goes into spoiler territory and I don't wanna go there yet!
