how did your art blog get so popular? i’ve been posting consistently for over a year but never seem to get any traction, and my art definitely isn’t bad. maybe just haven’t found my audience? idk do you have any tips?

Probably not the answer you're looking for, but I've had a large following on Instagram and Twitter for a few years now.

I've created a lot of content specifically to go viral, mainly drawing meme cats. I was really passionate about that for a long time (drawing cats I mean), but I've been taking a bit of a break and working on other projects. This account started as another platform for me to post my cat art but I also felt the most comfortable sharing my other projects here.

Another thing specific to how I grew on here: a lot of folks are familiar with my work from times it's gone viral on Twitter. To help people find me here, I blazed a few of my most popular artworks. That helped a lot! However, I've tried blazing my other projects and it doesn't do too much.

Ehhh I hope this is a little bit insightful? Mostly started strong here because a lot of people came over from Twitter and Instagram.

Tumblr focus group: how do we feel about him? We thought he would've been a favorite, but I never get maybe comments or anything about him. He's supposed to be the attractive one in the group, the one who gets the most attention in universe... But if the audience doesn't feel that way too, it kind of messes up a narrative we've been planning. Thoughts? Suggestions?
