It's that time of the year again!

Except I'm a bit late this year because I was working on the previous artwork lmao 😅

I wanted to push myself with this one by working on a semi complicated background. I originally wanted mountains but after fussing over it for ages, I got rid of it. Me and mountains aren't besties ⛰️🧍🏻‍♀️

I actually was working on both of them in tandem and had them both done in February. I had to wait until everyone was done to post them :'D

This was my first time doing an art trade and I had a lot of fun drawing my friends' kiddos. It was also while I was working on both pieces I decided to learn to render slightly better ✨💪

Qingyan Profile & Specialty Food 🎋

I finally got around to speedrunning drawing Qingyan's little profile card thingy and designed her specialty dish!

The dish is called Sweetflower Cake. Inspired by my all time favourite Chinese dessert Osmanthus Cake! When Qingyan makes her Specialty dish the name changes to Tranquil Afternoon in the Bamboo Forest.
